"After a microburst tore a bunch of shingles off of my roof, Get Right dispatched Nate immediately to come clear out the bad shingles and put down tarps to prevent further damage during the wait to be reroofed. I spaced and completely forgot an entire vulnerable area that needed to be tarped, and once again Nate was there promptly and patiently to seal up that side of the roof too. He was professional, attentive, and thorough; taking the time to explain some things I did not understand altogether about roofing/water damage, insurance, and even the city I live in. Afterward, Tad’s patience with my ignorance and attitude was golden when I misunderstood how the insurance payment process works, leading to them waiting on my signature for an entire month to get paid. In summary, my stupidity directly caused a few hiccups for Get Right, yet they dealt with them swimmingly. In the future I would not hesitate to trust them with my business." Leah
